I'm going to assume there are still some enthusiasts out there that may be seeking a Ferrari automobile for the pure enjoyment and thrill of driving your Ferrari deep into the countryside very early on a weekend morning. Someone who may really connect with the the magic of the final iteration of the superb 328 Series Ferraris.

In purchasing this 328 GTB, you'd know that is a superior Ferrari to its GTS counterpart, being lighter in weight with a stiffer chassis, to say nothing of the GTB being infinitely more appealing to the eye. The GTB will run 60 MPH in 5.5 seconds against 5.9 for the GTS. Terminal velocity of the GTB is greater than the GTS. This Ferrari has the desirable ABS braking system and the attractive convex wheels.

What about this particular 328 GTB, serial # 80364?

Let me say, over the span of 45 years I have owned a great many Ferrari automobiles, some quite significant.

In 1989, recognizing the 328 series would be ending, I bought a brand new 328 GTB, just a few serial numbers away from this car and enjoyed it immensely.

With this Ferrari now being twenty-two years old, how well the car has been cared for over that period is of paramount importance.

Remarkably, with this car all of the service records covering the lifespan of the car are included. They were all completed at the proper intervals. And that is important, particularly with a Ferrari. Through it's 22 years this car has remained “on it's feet" as it were. 80364 has been regularly used over the years and is totally ready for the road! The most recent service was performed in April of this year under my auspices and it included fresh camshaft belts.

This particular Ferrari's greatest asset is that it remains completely and totally original. The cosmetic condition of the car is simply as new . The photographs you see reflect this. But, to see the car with your eyes is simply stunning. It is so fresh that the car retains a new car smell. The Engine bay has not been detailed! The photographs under hood area are just as it left the factory. The body finish is in the brilliant Ferrari red, and it has the richer tobacco leather interior with dark brown carpeting.

This Ferrari would be welcomed at any Ferrari event and is eligible for the "Preservation" class on any show field including Ferrari Club of America meets, and the hallowed Cavallino event in Palm Beach, Florida. Indeed it is a certain award winner.

The drilled foot pedals are not stock, but the originals are included as are all of the original books with leather folio, warranty card, tools, pouch, jack, spare belts, window sticker, lamps etc. Extensive photos of these items are included in this listing.

The Car drives superbly and is extremely quick. The synchronizers are perfect. It is a pure joy on he road. Every bit of the driving experience is just as it was the day it left the factory.

These late series GTB's are rising in value as more buyers realize the desirability and scarcity of the Berlinetta model.
